KMD Outdoor Construction was engaged by the owners of this new home to design and build a garden to complement the relaxed and contemporary nature of their property. The resulting space draws on the owner’s desire for a simple yet striking entry statement. The design consists of a cobblestone driveway, large bluestone stepping stones in gravel, and associated planting. A timber bridge leads to the front door over a reflection pond and copper water feature. It’s an elegant and earthy solution.
