Located in Ellerslie, this contemporary commercial building, designed by Avery Team Architects, showcases the impactful use of Altech’s aluminium louvres and balustrades in achieving both function and form.

To deliver both performance and visual impact, we supplied our SF200 airfoil louvres, chosen for their ability to provide thermal control, privacy, and a distinctive industrial aesthetic. Engineered for resilience, the louvres feature a strong profile and a 25 micron anodised finish, offering long-term durability against the elements.

Complementing the architectural tone, our Skyrail D Series balustrade system was selected for its clean lines and structural integrity. The system’s modern, industrial look fits seamlessly within the building’s design language, while its strength ensures it performs flawlessly along the busy street frontage and multi-use tenancies.
