Land purchased and settlement date imminent, there was no time to be wasted. Springing into action, owner contacted their friend (Property Development Consultant at BCG GROUP) for valuable advice on subdivision and build options. Owner shared their thoughts on what they wanted from the development - maybe 4 standalone homes or 2 duplex or as many terrace houses, preferably with 3-plus bedrooms each... basically as many as I can get!
Of equal importance was their need to secure a full service one-stop design and build company to handle the entire development process from beginning to end, to rely heavily on BCG GROUP in providing the right information and to fulfill expectations.

BCG ARCHITECTURE gauged the project's potential success, determined the number and type of homes that best fit the property by conducting a Feasibility Study. BCG team worked with planners, engineers and consultants, completed architectural designs, prepared documentation for submission to Council, BCG CONSTRUCTION planned & programmed building schedules and put together pricing contract to start the project.
In 1988 there was a 113m2 house on a 609m2 property.
