Crittall Arnold Ltd were selected to manufacture, supply and install the steel joinery for the Ford Lofts Apartments in Auckland City. The project consisted of a mix of external double glazed steel joinery, supplied in Our Belgian U suite and internal steel joinery supplied in our W20 suite and single glazed. All the steel joinery was manufactured at our Takanini based factory and was supplied in a Matte Black Powder coated finish. Polished brass hardware was selected by Cheshire Architects and adds a traditional feel to the finished joinery. Steel windows were selected for this project and when seen in combination with the exposed brick and concrete surrounds provide a New York Loft feel to the development.
