The use of oak veneer stained to a warm walnut, steel aged brass accents, and custom-designed joinery strategically planned, define the bedroom, living, dining kitchen, and bar areas.

The dark oak timber joinery, polished concrete floors, and exposed steel pipes within the roof space, all contribute to the industrial aesthetic of this project. The living area is adorned with elegant velvet drapes in deep olive alongside soft linen sheers, creating a warm and inviting ambiance while allowing natural light to filter through.
