This beautiful project came to us from a rural location in Glenorchy, Queenstown. The customer wanted to install something that worked well with the environment, was relatively easy to maintain and wasn't too heavy on power consumption. The 5 foot plug and play with Ozone sanitation, an 8.8 Kw heat pump, and XL curved stairs to gain easy access into the hot tub fit the bill perfectly. The set up was easily installed by our local agent southern spa's and pools who are the leading pool company in the Central Otago region. 

The hot tub platform was completed by the owner and once the tub was in place it was only hours before it was up and running using the most efficient heat source in a heat pump. 

Correspondence was a key factor in the project as the owner wanted to know every last detail about the design and running of the hot tub over a number of weeks. The result is a small upgrade to the hot tub controller thus allowing enough power for the heat pump and electric element to run in unison on those really cold nights after a day on the hill or in the lake. 

The resulting installation works well with the surrounding landscape and views.
