Hayes Common | Hamilton

Website

When forward-thinking New Zealanders created the Hayes Paddock community nearly a century ago on the belief that quality housing and access to shared environment matters, they couldn’t have predicted how far-reaching their vision would be. Hayes Common marks the return of a bustling eatery to the neighbourhood: a shared space for locals to meet, mingle, eat and drink together.

Taking reference from the terracottas, muted blues and greens that trademark neighbouring homes, it was important that Hayes Common pay homage to the past of its place while looking toward a bright future as a community hub.
