With the launch of HOME Docklands, HOME continues its rapid expansion, welcoming approximately 1,300 new residents and growing its Build-to-Rent community to over 3,000 people across its existing locations, HOME Southbank and HOME Richmond.

Designed in collaboration with award-winning architectural firm Cox Architecture, HOME Docklands features two striking 30- and 31-storey towers connected by a shared amenity floor. The development offers a diverse range of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, catering to renters looking for flexibility, quality, and a seamless urban lifestyle.
