Imperial Building - Skyline Projects | ArchiPro

Imperial Building

Located in the heart of Auckland's CBD, this stunning top-floor office in the Imperial Building was a special fit out, as it was designed with a central core to separately house the boardroom, meeting room and kitchen, giving open offices on either side. This central space was constructed using black steel cladding and rough-sawn timber, along with steel-framed glass. It also houses and disguises the office air conditioning system, making it easy accessible for servicing. Another great feature was opening the roof and installing skylights, which provided much-needed natural light. Sitting centre stage is the feature spiral staircase that required the floor to be cut out and strengthened. This is one of Skyline's favourite fit outs.
