Interplex Business Park is located in Albany, North Shore that has been developed since 2002. We have completed four different projects in the park, working closely with developers to optimise site utilisation and creating distinct design points to each development. The rolling terrain of the area meant designs had to accommodate retaining wall solutions that optimised land cut and fill.
The Camm4 site was designed fit for purpose factory and office, and we worked closely with the client to create a building that could optimise production and create an attractive showroom and office. The other projects were built as workplace and warehouse for owner operators and investors, each project having been successfully sold and occupied since completion.
