Jo had a classic bungalow with lots of potential in her dream location of Grey Lynn, Auckland.  The home, however, was outdated and smaller than she wanted.  With the designs for the addition and renovation in hand Alpha 1 got to work renovating the existing home and all of it's classical features, aswell as creating a new 2 storey addition giving Jo the extra living and entertaining space that the home had been lacking.  She is thrilled with the results.
