The appeal of our tubs' quality and the assurance of exceptional after-sales service drew the customer to our product. He had not so long ago acquired a wooden tub from another source but had encountered several issues with it. Given that this was at his holiday home, he wanted a hassle-free option that would be ready whenever he visited. Consequently, he decided to replace the old tub with a stunning Colonial Hot Tub.

There was a requirement to seamlessly integrate the new tub into the deck and to harmonise it with the surrounding materials. This involved some modifications to the existing setup to ensure a perfect fit and to maximise the stunning view off the deck.  

We drove up to Kaiwaka early morning to begin the process of dismantling the old tub and installing the 5ft Colonial Plug & Play in a lovely shade of Grey Mist. Due to the tub's proximity to the ocean, we reinforced it with Stainless Steel bands. We also added a WIFI feature that allowed the customer to conveniently control the tub from any location, using any device, ensuring it was ready for use by the time he arrived.

The outcome is a beautiful hot tub situated in a breathtaking location, and needless to say, a delighted customer.
