Creating access to the three car garage with a wide driveway and having the space to move and drive aroudn the property made access to this property key.

Key element: Ensuites. Why should they be just another bathroom off the Master Bedroom? 
Afterall, they are specifically designed for the sole use of the home owners, typically Mum & Dad, so why are they so often designed as a seperate room rather than an integral part of the 'Master Suite'??
This is exactly how this particular customer felt so we incorporated the large walkin shower along with the vanity within the Master Bedroom, leaving the toilet in its own room, but still within the main room.
The result was not only practical & efficient, but also one of our clients favorite areas in the home!
