KNOWLES ESTATE, VILLA RENOVATION was completed in 2017, showcasing a perfect blend of modern finishes and traditional villa aesthetic. This project was designed for a family with young children, highlighting the importance of outdoor living and lifestyle. The interior design features formal dining and living areas, as well as casual spaces for relaxed living, catering to the diverse needs of the homeowners.

The team of professionals involved in this project, including Foley Group, In Residence, Laminex New Zealand, and Murano Plus, contributed to creating a classic and timeless look for the villa. The featured product, Perrin & Rowe Deco Wall Mounted Basin Taps, adds a touch of luxury to the bathroom interiors.
Step inside this contemporary masterpiece where modern design meets timeless elegance. The kitchen is the heart of the home, boasting shaker style doors, a stunning stone buttlers sink, and carrara marble herringbone mosaics. The chrome tap fittings add a touch of sophistication, while the engineered timber flooring adds warmth and character to the space. Resene Ricecake on the walls ties the room together beautifully, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
The traditional styling throughout this home is perfectly complemented by the high-quality finishes and meticulous attention to detail. One of the projects main focal points is the Perrin & Rowe bathroom tap ware, custom built shaker style vanities with polished stone tops. Additionally, a double shower was installed in the ensuite for added convenience and luxury.
