A Residential Development with Maturity:
Set on the park like grounds of the former Hillmorton Hospital, Kamo Marsh Landscape Architects were involved in the planning of a new residential development, preparation of consent documents, concept and detailed design and project management. Working alongside Ngai Tahu Property, Linden Grove was a very rewarding project as we were involved in a full and extensive tree survey of the site to ensure many of the mature specimen trees were retained. An Arboretum has been developed which also includes historic structures, walking tracks and public spaces. Many new residents have commented on the instant appeal of a more mature, new development.
Kamo Marsh Landscape Architects are based in Central Christchurch and Queenstown. We take pride in offering a friendly and personal approach to each project we are involved in. Our expert team understands the vital role that communication plays in the design process and we aim to develop tailor made solutions for our clients based on the information received, while remaining socially responsible to the project site and its surroundings. We have an innovative and creative staff base who relish the team approach to our projects.
