The first batch of houses on the market shortened the construction time to less than one year. Apollo Living's market-leading speed surprised the developers. The highlight of this project is character in design, setting a benchmark in the entire community with its innovative design and colour scheme. Despite five existing projects within the community prior to commencement, Apollo managed to complete this project within eight months, including obtaining CCC approval. This project consists of four sets of contemporary industrial-style townhouses, featuring exterior walls crafted from a flawless blend of brick. The fusion of black and red evokes a sense of both fashion and perpetual warmth within these residences.
