Restoring a classic home in Waiuku, transforming an existing dwelling into a beautiful family residence for first-time buyers.

Restoring a Classic Home

The existing house on one of our current developments (49 Andrew Road) we decided to recite to a lifestyle block in Waiuku and renovate. Instead of demolishing the existing dwelling we were able to create a beautiful family home for a couple of amazing first home buyers.

“Buying a new house is exciting yet challenging, especially for new home owner like us. We are truly blessed to sign up with Halcyon Homes. Calvin Yates have been very accommodating to our endless request and have been constantly updating on the progress of the build. Their workmanship is spot on and exceeded our expectations. They even delivered on-time despite the pandemic. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you so much for a job well done!”
