Nestled up on Maungakawa Hill, this impressive home is consumed by its remarkable views over Waipa and out to Mount Pirongia and Kakapuku. A true bushman without a budget-type set-up. Shuttered concrete walls and chimney with woodgrain texture gives it an organic and robust feel, in contrast with the exposed timber rafters and ridge beams create a warm and inviting space with rustic and rural features. A huge glass surface slider peels the layers away and brings those views right into the living area.
