Our client had been living in their home for a number of years with a dated conservatory, limited deck space and no connection to the garden. They decided to contract LC Designer Homes to refresh their outdoor living spaces.
They now have an extended deck area with two areas for sitting and dining, providing an amazing outdoor entertaining space. LC Designer Homes added a feature soffit cladding to the underside of the existing conservatory roof, which adds interest and mirrors the decking below.
A timber leaner was added below the kitchen window, allowing the adjacent BBQ and kitchen to work cohesively. A timber and steel stair was installed, adding the desired connection with the living spaces and garden below.
