GD Pringle Building collaborated with NZ Louvres Ltd in 2020 to extend the frames of their Passive style home. The project, titled "Extend the Frames," featured custom-designed Free Standing Opening Louvre Roof and Louvre Opening Roof Systems, enhancing the outdoor living space of the luxurious property.
Recognized for its excellence, the home received the prestigious Top #100 - House Of The Year Award and a Regional Gold - House Of The Year Award in 2020. NZ Louvres, renowned for their innovative louvre roof solutions, played a pivotal role in creating a comfortable, warm, and protected outdoor area for the residents to enjoy, reflecting the company's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
