These clients already had consented plans from the talented Jesse James Smith and it was definitely a pleasure to build it for them.  The house makes fantastic use of space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office and large living area all fitting into 160m2.  Many happy evenings are spent watching the sun set from the sunken deck area with a cocktail in hand. Bliss!
