This project featured a diverse mix of standalone homes, terraced houses, and walk-up apartment blocks, totalling 25 residential units. DHC's scope on this project included the structural engineering for site retaining walls.
We’re proud to share that this development received a Merit Award in the Community and Affordable Housing category at the Property Council of New Zealand Awards—recognising its contribution to accessible, high-quality housing.
