Project Belmont is a modern renovation project located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Originally a 1950's post-war family home, this project involved the creation of a new extension at the rear to provide a harmonious family living space. The client, Laleh Mohmedi, alongside designer Rachel from R&Co Design, envisioned aesthetically flawless and beautifully balanced interiors featuring natural marble and exquisite door handles.
The year of completion for this project was 2023. The building style reflects a modern design approach, blending seamlessly with the existing structure while adding a touch of sophistication. With meticulous attention to detail and a focus on creating a space that promotes both functionality and elegance, Project Belmont is a testament to refined craftsmanship and timeless beauty.
