Statement iD lead the complete FF&E Procurement and Installation for the QT Hotel - Auckland Viaduct which covered the management and development of budgets and the complete programme for all FF&E and HOE for guest rooms, conference space, restaurant and bar, rooftop bar, BOH office and all public spaces.

A highly rewarding project working with visionary clients and their interior designers to source and manufacture the prescribed design. The QT Hotel delivers an extraordinary boutique hotel experience celebrating bold design that is strikingly off the wall. Nic Graham’s (Interior Designer) stunning design was fully embraced by our clients, Russell Property and Lockwood Property and our team at Statement iD loved procuring for it. Our collective efforts have resulted in truly breathtaking hotel rooms and suites and a sense that everything has been thought of.

It was a pleasure to work closely with Sean Connelly, Nic Graham, Doron Whaite (GM) and his hotel team to bring conference/public spaces, Esther Restaurant and the Rooftop Bar to life. We were happy to work within the unique constraints of this project, ensuring bespoke steel and stone items were designed to fit within the lifts, and making special trolleys to transport wardrobes and minibars into place. Nic and Sean’s signature style was a joy to procure for, and we have no doubt as to the success of the QT Auckland hotel, returning regularly ourselves to enjoy the space.

Statement iD handled liaison with manufacturers for the range of custom design furniture and joinery. Monitoring throughout manufacturing stages and then coordination of freight and the overall management of the hotel installation. We are well versed in navigating what is now an even more challenging procurement and freight environment in New Zealand.

Through our commitment to the supply and sourcing of high-quality furniture for procurement projects, we identified stand-out furniture brands that were not represented locally. We have partnered with a select range of furniture designers who are leaders in the hotel and hospitality sectors.

The authorised reseller of furniture & design brands TON, SP01, Fogia, Torre, Jobs Chairs, Lebello, Driade, Kun Design, Janus et Cie, Tonik, Et Al and Departo.

Our furniture focus is high-design, commercially fit for purpose furniture, specifically dining chairs, bar stools, dining tables, office and shared space furniture, sofas, sideboards and side tables and a select range of outdoor furniture. We now offer a curated range that also fits residential living. See products section for more info.

We hold a wide selection of samples at our Auckland based trade showroom. Order for purchase has a current lead time guide of 20-24 weeks. We do have a selection of showroom stock available for immediate purchase.

Statement iD Laminates
Innovation for our business means sourcing solutions that serve our clients. Leading us to the introduction of some exciting high-pressure laminate solutions by Surteco Australia in 2021.

We are the New Zealand authorized reseller on behalf of Surteco for Lamitak and Dekodur. Both of these brands offer high design HPL laminates for interior design, decor, furniture, wall finishes, benchtops, joinery and cabinetry. Lamitak has an extensive range of woods, patterns and solids. Dekodur offers solids, textured and solid metals.

The complete range of HPL samples are available for viewing at our Auckland trade showroom or with selected Architects & Interior Designers.

Our Showroom
We have a tradeshow room based at 8 Railway Street, Newmarket, Auckland. We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm to the public and by appointment thereafter. Here we offer an extensive sample range of our furniture, artwork, HPL laminates, glassware and cutlery.
