Queenstown Central, located in Frankton on the main highway into downtown Queenstown. The development has literally transformed Frankton. Covering seven blocks, it incorporates a ‘Main Street’ and a town square, with laneways and pedestrian thoroughfares that echo the laneways found around the Queenstown CBD. With the Remarkables mountain range as its backdrop, Queenstown Central was designed and built to reflect the landscape. Urban Effects ensured the decidedly modern aesthetic and emphasis on earthy, natural colours and materials was carried through to the selection of outdoor furniture.
