Queenstown 2021

The location of this townhouse, overlooking central Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu, above all drove our clients to remain loyal to this building and renovate across all 3 levels rather than rebuild to suit their changing needs. We admired this approach and therefore made every detail matter. What was a winter holiday retreat became a permanent home with warmth and repose. Open the balcony doors mind you and in rushes all the headiness of central Queenstown. A fine balance.
