The project began with excavation of the basement to create a new front entranceway, tandem garage, media room, bedroom, and bathroom. Its new balcony is flooded with sunlight throughout the day, creating a relaxing haven.

As we move in to the interior, we are currently working on bringing new life to the floors, kitchen, bedrooms, and living room.

The excavation of the basement and creation of the basement including the tandem garage, have been completed, along with the redoing of the balcony decking and installation of all new windows. Inside, we're revitalising the floors, kitchen, bedrooms, and living room to elevate this near-century-old beauty into the dream home it deserves to be. The Final Push

We are are nearing the end of our Remuera, Auckland Project, and are excited to hand this dream home over to it's owners.

The floors have been revitalised, setting the stage for the completion of the kitchen, carpets, tiling, and painting.
