This project was awarded the Exterior Structure Design by NZ Wood Timber Design for use of timber in design, and also one of the winners in the Public Architecture category of the 2020 NZIA Nelson & Marlborough Architecture Awards.
The Saltwater Creek Cycleway Bridge is the key feature of a new city to sea cycleway connection between Nelson City and the waterfront designed by Jerram Tocker Barron Architects.
Virginia Woolf specialises in architecture, travel, and lifestyle photography. Combining creative vision and the latest photographic techniques, she enjoys bringing out an architect’s vision, concentrating on design, materials, and craftsmanship.
Her architectural and interiors work includes shooting for both architects and property-based clients throughout New Zealand and Fiji, capturing her interpretation of bold architectural forms, structures, and lines.
Virginia is a member of the Advertising and Illustrative Photographers Association and studied Photographic Design at Massey University, Wellington. Based out of sunny Nelson, she lives on a green hillside bathed in natural light with an ever-changing view of the sea. She travels frequently throughout New Zealand and the world, seeking adventure and telling stories through her lens.
