Tasked with creating a contemporary, minimalist home with a focus on maximising the site holistically, Seaside Sanctuary showcases the calm that emerges when light, space and natural materials are in harmony.
From the moment of entry, volume is celebrated through soaring ceilings, while strategically placed skylights and expansive glazing affirm the central role light plays in the design. Whether dappled or radiant, the ever-shifting light underscores the home’s connection to its environment.
A refined palette and curated materiality introduce moments of softness and stillness, evoking the quiet luxury of a spa. Designed for ease and enjoyment, this home promises many years of coastal living defined by rest, celebration and connection.

Together, Alex and Jess form a dynamic duo, balancing big-picture vision with meticulous detail to ensure each project is delivered with care, passion, and precision.
