ABOUT THE PROJECT

Situated in Carolyn Street in the leafy suburb of Adamstown Heights, Serene Townhouses have a focus on quality of space and timeless design. Aligning the natural synergies between the green environment of the location and the materials applied was another high priority of the design. To maximise space in what would conventionally be considered quite a compact area, much thought was given to the design and carefully oriented external openings were applied, resulting in an abundance of natural light and ventilation. This openness was continued upstairs with the walkway space open to the stair void, giving a light and airy feeling to what would otherwise be a dark utilitarian space.

All master bedrooms were accentuated with the use of v-joint paneled walls and elegant and timeless en-suite bathrooms creating a luxurious, yet functional feel that extends throughout the entire design. To enhance the relationship between the the natural and built environment of the surrounding suburb, natural timbers were used on the interiors while intricate brickwork detailing with sleek panelised metal cladding was applied to the exterior. The combination of thoughtful design, quality finishes and individual touches make Serene townhouses a unique and enduring design.
