Technology design, AV and security woven through a B.E. Architecture designed renovation.
St Vincents House is a residential renovation with architecture by B.E. Architecture.
Renovations are the honest test of integration. The building was not drawn around the technology, so the technology has to arrive politely: cabling routed through an existing structure, devices placed where the design allows, and nothing left on show that was not meant to be seen.
ZELO delivered the technology design and integration: lighting control, audio visual, networking and wireless, intercom, and security alarm and cameras.
