This proposed development, for residents aged over 55, includes 13 two-bedroom units with a shared community garden, BBQ & petanque area for the exclusive use of the residents and their visitors.

The design and layout have been considered in detail to ensure ease of access and interaction between residences is achieved. The village provides contemporary, warm, healthy, high quality, and affordable homes.
