First impressions count – and the grand frontage of this Glenview Road Strathmore home gives a great clue as to the refined elegance within. Working closely with our client, APC Build collaborated in the design and planning all the way through to completion.

The American inspired frontage is adorned with stone claddings and mouldings, all adding further detail to the façade. Custom made timber doors and windows and cedar garage doors complete the impressive heritage ambience.

Once inside, an impressively ornate staircase off the long central hallway provides access to the upper level. De Marque ash grey timber flooring and ornate panelling in the kitchen and dining areas provide a touch of old-world grandeur. The kitchen itself features an intricate design that maximises space and allows for plenty of storage options.

If the interiors project formal glamour the rear exterior areas are devoted to rest and relaxation. Clever use of space allows for an alfresco alcove with barbecue, a pool with external arbour, a basketball half-court and manicured lawn. All in all, they invoke lazy, enjoyable afternoons in the sun.
