McGeady Builders Ltd is a small family run business, with an emphasis on quality, efficiency and teamwork. Led by Andrew McGeady, all team members are either trade qualified builders, or currently completing an industry recognised apprenticeship. Projects span from urban to rural construction, residential new build, alterations and additions, through to farm buildings and light commercial.

On each job, the team is complimented by a selected group of sub-contractors to ensure all aspects of a project are completed to the same high standard. As well as delivering on technical skills, Andrew also brings a more personal approach through project management, where project planning and project execution are completed by the same people. The team takes pride in their workmanship and this ensures a quality build.

McGeady Builders Ltd usually operates as the main contractor, which includes project management, and also has a proven track record working with an architect or other third party. Andrew and his team are proactively engaged with the trade, and participate in regular professional development. Andrew is also a member of the Certified Builders Association NZ, whose main objective is:
