Provista Balustrade Systems delivers stylish and safe semi-frameless balustrade solutions for the Williams Corporation townhouse development at 87 Taikata Road, Te Atatu, enhancing the contemporary design while ensuring compliance with NZ regulations.
Provista Balustrade Systems Semi-frameless balustrade solution for Williams Corporation townhouse development in Taikata Road, Te Atatu, Auckland.
Leading nationwide balustrade provider, Provista Balustrade Systems, has now installed a vast range of balustrade solutions to developments by Williams Corporation, one of NZ’s largest national residential housing providers with many more scheduled for installation across the country over the next 12 months and beyond.
Solutions provided to date range from Provista’ Vista Frameless Glass to Semi-frameless Glass, Framed Glass and Aluminium Baluster post-style products along with its Euro Slat screening solution. The balustrades typically feature a darker powder coat finish in keeping with the joinery and other structural elements and secondary colour schemes that Williams Corporation prefer. Soon to be installed on various developments across NZ are new Juliette-style aluminium and glass balustrades, designed to provide an attractive but safe barrier where upper-level slider joinery is installed.
The multi-unit development at 87 Taikata Road in Te Atatu called for a safe and attractive Frameless glass balustrade for the second level units that offered residents an open and appealing outlook. Provista’ Vista frameless channel solution was chosen and all channel profiles were powder-coated Matt Flaxpod to match joinery and other key details. The result is perfectly in keeping with the attractive contemporary design of the development.
Williams Corporation specialises in multi-unit residential developments in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Tauranga and Nelson. Other NZ centres will follow and operations in Australia and Singapore are now underway. They produce high-quality homes in existing suburbs, close to environments where people can live, work and play and have a goal of providing 400 quality homes per year. They are NZ’s 2 nd largest residential property builder – their simple mantra to supply ‘well built, affordable townhouses’.
Williams Corporation developments feature stylish and contemporary structures, combining low maintenance materials with clean and classical lines and complementary colour combinations. Attractive planting and pre-sewn lawns complete the look and blend the new homes into the existing well-established neighbouring properties.
Williams Corporation National Design Head, Nathan Veevers, comments ‘Provista is a nationwide business operating in the same main centres as we do and offer a great hands- on service with an excellent and attractive range of balustrade solutions that are a good fit with the style of residential housing we are providing’.
Provista balustrade solutions are very adaptable to different building types, looking great on modern or classical residential or commercial structures and, with the developments completed to date, have provided safe, practical and modern solutions that complement the design and look of the residential developments created by Williams Corporation.
Provista Balustrade Systems solutions are compliant with all NZ regulations and suited to A, B, E and C3 residential and commercial applications.
