Playspace needed

This house is home to a family with 3 young boys, and they wanted an all-weather play space - and a nice socialising space for friends and family times.

Whoops

The homeowner had put in these substantial posts some time earlier - but they had twisted somewhat! No problem - our clever agents used the posts as is  - with some modifications for the twist!

3 Adjacent Shelters

Each:

Width (mm): 4075
Length (mm): 4800
Powdercoat: Matt Ironsand

Configuration: BH (brackets water falling to house)

These 3 shelter kits are fitted adjacent, with flashings, so act as one in the rain! Each is bracketed to the house, and supported independently by brackets to the house, and posts on the garden side.

This clever variation created independent, but adjacent shelters - and no building consent (permit) was required.

Sheet: Light grey 3mm (this sheet cuts out approximately 100% UV, 50% visible and 33% heat)

Rafter spacing: 1,000mm between centres

Brackets: Flexiroof aluminium and stainless standard offering

Posts: Customers own in place posts - heavy!
