A resort-style coastal haven on beautiful Papamoa Beach. This family retreat at the Tauranga Holiday Park needed a focus for fun and relaxation for the whole family.
This massive commercial project – consisting of developing a new pool recreation zone for the Tauranga Holiday Park – was part of a Design and Build project by Watts and Hughes. To ensure a high quality finish that will last a lifetime on a freeform pool of this scale, Mayfair’s proprietary fibreglassing system was the perfect solution.
The design included the large freeform pool with incorporated splash deck for the littler guests, ramps, steps, and building in seating. The location of this development was in a central area of the holiday park which remained operational for the duration of the project. Pool lighting was also installed to lengthen swimming hours, and to highlight the pool area at night.
