With the 1950s Palm Springs home as inspiration, natural materials were the order of the day in this project, using low maintenance, natural stone, Vulcan Cladding (in Grey Patina Oil) and raw concrete.
The timeless character of the Patina finish was perfect for his new home - as were the natural materials that did not require excessive maintenance.
Using Vulcan Cladding with a Patina Oil finish has also pre-empted the natural aging of wood, while blending it into the stone and concrete material palette. See more on this project here.
