A Wood Marsh residence in Toorak: full-height glazing, dark joinery and long uninterrupted planes, with garden on every side. Architecture like this leaves technology nowhere to hide, which is exactly how it should be.

In rooms walled with glass there is no cavity to hide a mistake in and no joinery to bury a late decision behind. Every keypad, speaker, sensor and camera position has to be resolved early, with the architecture rather than after it.

ZELO delivered the technology design and integration across the house: lighting control, audio visual, networking and wireless, intercom, and security alarm and cameras, all resolved so the systems read as part of the architecture rather than additions to it.

The house worked the way it looked: calm. The lighting followed the architecture, the security watched without being seen, and nothing asked for attention.
