This project has won a Silver Award in the Master Builders regional House of the Year competition.
Three-bedroom 1950's state housing house which was fully renovated, and the extension included the new kitchen and dining room.
Reconfigured the bedrooms which enabled an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom.
New roof, cladding and exterior insulation, windows and doors and all internal wall linings and new bathrooms.
The owners were delighted with the overall experience and were involved in all the plans, selecting colours and finishing's to help develop their forever home.
