Urban Homes Rovercove.

After working with the Urban Homes team for several years we were given the privilege of creating a comprehensive, fully automated fit-out for their Rivercove show home.

The result was a seamless integration of smart technology and innovate lighting design, complete with an enviable media room.

The heart of the home is a Control4 operating system which integrates lighting, audio-visual and security.

Simple operation through a combination of an in-wall touch panel, on screen navigator, smartphone and customised keypads with pre-set scenes radiates sophisticated ambience.

The sunken media room is very impressive. The starlight effect ceiling with led backlight takes the cinema feeling to the next level.

The operation of the cinema is simple through one remote and navigation platform. A single press of the movie favorite button will turn the on TV, amplifier, and Netflix while lowering the automatic blackout blind and dimming the lights down to 25%.

A simple press of the 'all off' button turns of the whole room off including the TV, amplifier and lights.

The Control4 home automation system can create scenes like these. With a push of a button, a pre-set scene will change the colour of the lights and dim them, while playing your favorite playlist.

A relax scene can dim the lights to your desired level and puts on the Spotify "relax" playlist.

The multi-room audio system allows grouping favorite music to be played in multiple zones or individually.
