Introducing Wilma's Place, a stunning 3-level affordable housing building created by Balmain & Co, in partnership with McAuley Community Services for Women.

The building consists of 12 architecturally designed long-term accommodation units, with a 6-Star energy rating. Open plan spatial layout and fully appointed kitchen offers residents the chance to enjoy the views of Maribyrnong and the surrounding suburbs from the balcony.

This project features our Cliptray 48 profile manufactured in Colorbond Monument Matt and Archclad Express panels manufactured in Unicote Lux Maple.

Furthermore, we have carried out full scale testing of wall systems to meet WEATHERPROOFING requirement FV1.1/FP1.4 certification by using a NATA approved testing facility. Let us know if your project requires any site-specific certification or testing certificates, as we can provide REGULATION 126 CERTIFICATION at a small cost.
