Designed by award-winning architect Kelvin Peck, this cedar clad house painted in Bokara Grey using cool colour technology has a contemporary understated presence from the road. Inside, you will find interesting tongue and groove sarked ceilings with impressive skylights and walls painted in Karen Walker's restful Wan White - a perfect base to the homeowner's art collection. The relaxed vibe is complemented by engineered oak flooring, large bi-folds and windows with wide sills and soft linen drapes, feature fireplaces and a cosy den. Outdoor space is important for the garden-lovers who live here - a sheltered eastern courtyard is situated alongside an enclosed outdoor room with self-cleaning glass which flows on to the north facing deck and lawn with beautiful planting.
