New Farm is to create an iconic Brisbane riverside address that achieves quality and durability through exceptional design. The landmark development, innovatively designed by Cottee Parker Architects, harnesses a sophisticated boutique aesthetic that integrates with the surrounding landscape. Its minimalistic and pared-back approach features a subtle, uncluttered palette that links the exterior and interior elements of the 22 luxury residences.

The building’s external facade creates an intimate scale to personalise each individual dwelling, with a material palette of zinc cladding and bespoke gold aluminium screening and glass - a design feature that works to communicate a timeless, and stylish aesthetic.

The development also offers a diverse range of communal spaces designed to create a cohesive community, including an undercroft pool area, private dining and cinema room and a rooftop haven, with stunning river views, for yoga and contemplation.
