This beautiful home dates back to the turn of last century. It had undergone many interior transformations however with new owners at the helm it was decided to bring it back to its former glory with a modern update.

Comprising of two living areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, scullery and a self-contained apartment located beneath the main living floors.

A modern kitchen featured granite, stainless steel, timber veneers and Corian. A dropped ceiling over the island unit accommodated the custom made twin range hoods.

The bathrooms were fully tiled in Alarti marble. A unique custom designed laser cut screen covered the main bathroom window.

A range of wallpapers were used throughout the house including custom coloured Florence Broadhurst papers in gold tones.

Traditional and modern chandeliers were installed in the main living and common areas.
