Finalist – 2014, NZ House & Garden Room of the Year award (Living Room).


A custom coloured orange/yellow paint gives a warm welcome in the front entry hall of the home.

This lovely villa features beautiful ornate ceilings which set the tone to create a rich and sumptuous interior for the living room.

A Japanese inspired wallpaper in gold and silver tones was chosen to sit above the anaglyptic paper painted in a soft silver metallic. A combination of textures was introduced in the drape and furnishing fabrics.

The existing fireplace was updated to a gas fire with a new hearth and surrounding.
Warm colour tones in fabrics were chosen for other rooms in the house.

A pale soft green was chosen for the exterior weather boards.
