This beautiful, expansive, open plan kitchen, dining and living space started life as several closed off rooms and small windows. Walls were removed and massive stacking doors installed to create this bright, inviting space. Lots of open shelves, unique lighting and a stunning antique mirror splash back add interest and drama to the all white theme in the kitchen.

Owner and lead designer Susan Templer specialises in all aspects of residential interiors, with a particular emphasis on kitchens, bathrooms and renovation design. Susan achieved a Certificate of Interior Design in San Francisco, California, where she established Templer Interiors. After 12 successful years, including having her work published multiple times and an appearance on Home & Garden Television, Susan relocated to Auckland in 2009.
