Swimming pool and tennis court cater for outdoor recreation.

Solar panels provide heating to the hot water and swimming pool and a diesel burner fires the underfloor heating for the colder months.

The home contains an automation system running blinds, the underfloor heating, music, the theatre, security and communications.
