This iconic building in the Napier CBD was formally the PWC building which was refurbished and is now operating as Swiss-Belboutique Napier. This project is of significance as it's the first international 5-star brand in Napier. The project involved designing the air conditioning and ventilation for 52 guest rooms over 3 levels in addition to the ground floor: lobby, reception, restaurant and commercial kitchen.

Following completion of the re-fit we were also required to verify the air conditioning and ventilation performance, conduct an installation review and provide a PS4.
