Communication is key to ensuring the home is exactly what you want, and there are no mishaps or miscommunications that dampen the experience.

While most quality builders will have protocols in place to keep you updated and informed, there are a number of things you can do on your end to ensure you’re getting everything you want out of your project, and everything – from design to demolition and construction – runs smoothly.

This is especially pivotal for the beginning of your building journey.
